Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

A: Yes. We do offer COD only at our Studio at Rivercity, Batu Pahat. ( Above Kuu tea Garden) 

Q: What’s the shipping cost in Malaysia?

A:  West Malaysia RM6 ; East Malaysia RM10
      FREE DELIVERY across Malaysia with min. purchase of RM100.

Q: Which courier company do you use?

A: We use Skynet as our official courier company for local shipping. An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Customers are not allowed to choose the courier company to be used.

Q: Do you ship to Singapore?

A: Yes we do. All Singapore orders are shipped using Posstore Malaysia. Below is the rate for your reference:

*All shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank. 

Q: How long it takes for my parcel to be mailed out after the payment has been verified?

We will mail out your parcel the next 1-2 working days after your payment has been verified. An email with tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Delivery is carried out during Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. If you don't receive your parcel within 3 working days, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if being undelivered for 10 working days. Do take note that, we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges. Please keep tracking your parcel once it has been mailed from us.

Q: How do I add/change the items in my order, or my shipping details, after I have placed my order?

A: Contat us as soon as you can (Msg or call +60167505363), and we'll try our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
