Do you accept returns & Defective Items ?
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
-Returns are provided for all items (except sales / promotion items,Lingeries and Accessories)
-Returns only can be made one time per order no.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be paid in full price (non sale items), unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
-Refund would only be done as store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- Unsatisfactory Items (Examples: Item does not fit / Do not like the item / Quality not up to expectation ) , the return & exchange or initial shipping costs will be borne by Buyer.
**Initial Shipping costs of RM6 (RM10 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item of free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM55 you will receive a store credit of RM49.
- Exchange of size, the return shipping cost will be born by Buyer and it will have a RM6 (RM10 for East Malaysia) shipping charges for the 2nd time shipping.
- Defective Items (Examples: Incorrect Item / Item big stained ), the return & exchange shipping costs will be borne by Kissis.
How to make return/exchange?
Please make sure the return item unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Kindly contact us to confirm the return address details.
** (Kindly return back with original items with tag, along with PACKING SLIP for us to check and contact you further. )
